The FIFA World Cup 2026 is almost here, and Ghanaians in North America are making sure the beautiful game comes with a full dose of Ghanaian culture. The FIFA World Cup 2026 & Ghana Cultural Heritage Expo is set to run from June 11th to 29th, 2026, across two cities — Worcester, Massachusetts and North York, Ontario.
Organised by the National African Traditional Cultural Group in partnership with MUSIGA, the Ghana Football Association, and the Ghana Cultural Heritage Expo (GCHE), the event promises music, tradition, and royal heritage all under one roof — daily from 10am to 10pm.
Attendees can look forward to live performances from some of Ghana’s finest, including highlife legend Bessa Simons, the energetic Pozo Hayes, and fan favourite Adane Best. Adding to the occasion are traditional rulers King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II and Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII, whose presence brings a touch of Ghanaian royal heritage to the North American stage.
Whether you are part of the diaspora looking to connect with home, or simply someone curious about Ghanaian culture, this expo is the perfect place to be while the world’s eyes are on North America.
